Jorluna & Numbra Gods of the Moon - Numbra is the entire concept of darkness, in the form of a sea slug - Jorluna is a fragment of the Sun God Glauca, given to Numbra as a sign of affection - Jorluna and Numbra became inseparable and Glauca became jealous and lashed out at them - The two spend the day hiding from Glauca and at night, the rest and cuddle with each other - They switch positions, creating the moon phases - On a new moon, Jorluna leaves Numbra to sleep on its own and Jorluna roams the seas for the night. On a full moon, vice versa - Both are referred to as they/them or it/its

This is Harper! Her the idea for her character came from "what if the flute guy from the game awards orchestra was like Benkei, the monk with a thousand swords, but with woodwinds" and then I kinda dialed it back a little

Ponceau: Nudibranch Demigod of Performance - Created by the Moon Gods - Jorluna and Numbra - Gives birth each year to smaller, non-sapient nudibranchs that act as elemental conduits for mortals* - Holds a celebration for this event, inviting people from around the ocean to perform (like a birthday party!) - The performers have turned this event into a contest, as he cries pearls. Whoever gives a compelling enough performance, making Ponceau cry, essentially wins cash prizes - He's very friendly and has a lot of respect for you as long as you have passion for your work, but is generally wary of putting his trust in others because he's a demigod with some economically exploitable quirks - Prefers he/him, but any pronouns will do. * There's a whole magic system, but that's for another day, not this character sheet.
