Always a bummer that you can’t watch the combat log while in combat in Deadfire for the console version, at least on PS5.
It kinda defeats its purpose especially when you are in rtwp as you may need to readjust your strategy and micromanage on the fly. #PoE2no #pillarsofeternity2deadfire

Let's see what gun wielding monk/Paladin is like.
Put it in turn based mode as well which slows down the pace a fair bit.

Pallegina in the building. Last playthrough i wasn’t familiar with the game, i played it safe and kept her as a palladin.
So now i’ll try palladin/chanter multiclass. Chanter = bard in PoE. I think these classes should synergize well. #PoE2no #PillarsOfEternity2Deadfire @obsidianent.bsky.social

Like gambit for jrpgs, you can create some really cool AI scripts in order to reduce how often you micromanage your party, make your characters behave a certain way under specific circumstances and let them auto battle pretty much. #PoE2no #PillarsOfEternity2Deadfire #Avowed #crpg

Getting more & more comfortable with this party set up:
Eder/tank;
Xoti off-tank/DPS when “Spiritual weapon” is activated. She also casts buff spells off rip.
The Watcher & Aloth are AoE demons.
Serafen charms, blinds, paralyzes enemies.

Xoti with her “spiritual weapon” becomes just as good as any melee fighter because her constitution is decent so she can sustain quite some hits and spiritual weapon basically enchants her sickle with Faith. Has a priest this is so sick! #PoE2no #PillarsOfEternity2Deadfire
