This artwork was painted by Helge C. Balzer for the game Planet Apocalypse by Petersen Games; it shows a kind of demon or cursed being writhing and writhing in agony, bound to the ground with chains. The creature is sinister, has pointed teeth and is wrapped in mouldering bandages like a mummy. Its head is adorned with a kind of metallic halo made of sharp thorns.
