The beginning of a loom knit scarf is stretched down the knitter's (that's me) denim-clad leg. The project is still attached to a small wood-framed knitting loom with off-white plastic pegs. The project is being made using variegated yarn that is creating a diamond plaid pattern with interweaving diagonal bands of red, black, white and gray.
