Polly Nimbus is the Cloud Maker of Dragon Land and is seemingly responsible for creating the weather in that realm. She is a kind-hearted and hardworking dragon who tries her best to keep the weather intact. But dye to her old age, she's been slowing down on her work recently and is planning on retiring. Luckily, her daughter is willing to take her place. Her birthday lands on September 27th.
