Day 4 #PortlandSnow: The Great Thaw has begun. Larger streets are mostly free of ice and snow. Side streets are a slushy mess. Ice falling everywhere. N Vancouver bike lane emerging. Gonna be a while for N Rosa Parks protected lanes to be rideable. 😳❄️
