Flowering Camassia leichtlinii (camas). The tepals are deep purple and the leaves are green. Two flowers are open on the inflorescence. There is a hand behind the plant for focus and scale.

Vibrant purple camas flower (with six long narrow petals) with buds behind and surrounded by rose leaves and thorns.
Camas inflorescence with one open flower and three withered flowers (in which the purple tepals have wrapped around one another) and more buds in the center. Surrounded by more green grass-like camas leaves.
