Colourised postcard from the 1910s of Tasman Arch in Tasmania, Australia, in the collections at Kresen Kernow
๐ Not all our postcards are Cornish!
This colourised card from the 1910s shows Tasman's Arch in Tasmania, Australia โ part of the William John Princep Burton collection.

Family postcard from 1967 (postmark) showing London Airport at dusk with the Queen's and No & Buildings. So quaint seeing cars (presumably legally!) parked in front of the terminal building.

Clearing out a drawer recently, I found an old photo album... turned out to be a postcard album from my OH's side of the family. Most of them are from the 1950s & 60s... this was one of the first I came across. Makes me smile to see the cars parked so close to the terminal.
Kiowa, Kans - Aug 20, 1914 Mr. Dan Weiler, Dear brother, I will write you few lines to let you know we are alive yet and hope you are all well. And doing fine. It has been a long time since I heard from you folks. I hope your wife is feeling better this summer. Maud had appendicitis last winter and she hasn't been very strong since. Wheat was a good crop here this year. Write to me some day. I send my love to you all. Your sister Annie Daughhetee.
Another sent to my great-great grandfather, Dan Weiler. #PostcardsFromThePast
