Still in awe of how tea can surprise me. Sipping a 1987 #Baozhong (or #Pouchong) from #Taiwan. Cherry sweetness, earthy depth, and a pristine finish. It’s incredible how this well-preserved 38 year old #tea has evolved while maintaining its essence. A true gem. 💎
