Exactly this. They’re in violation of the #PresRecordsAct. They’re using #Signal so their communications can’t be subpoenaed. The GWB Whitehouse used an RNC server for emails instead of the WH server & then Rove deleted millions of emails when subpoenaed.

@lincolnproject.us Rick, Entire #SignalGroupChat of #UsefullIDIOTS (Except @jeffreygoldberg.bsky.social, @theatlantic.com Editor) should NOT Be on #Signal anyway. According to #PresRecordsAct, ALL Their Private & Govt Phones MUST Be Secure & Texts reviewable. EVERY Text Should Be Reviewed!!
