While I understand the personal need of the judge to be able to speak out, it's not a strategic move that will defend US democracy. He should remain on the bench to keep it a #ProDemocratic seat. Now? The appointed judge will be a fascist / quisling / xian nationalist.
The majority of Americans staunchly rejecting fascist authoritarianism is a #Consolidation of a #ProDemocratic movement being vocal in their loyalty to our Constitution and our Rule of Law.
