Folks, we are so back! Been doing a lot more lifting and adding some muscle mass so I’m very pleased with the progress!

As I close out what’s been a tough year, I can be thankful that I woke up one day, decided to get healthy again, and start focusing on the life part of my “work life balance”.
Since Sept 9, I’ve lost a total of 41lbs. 🏋️♂️

Consistency is hard as we enter the holidays. Despite that, the last couple weeks have still been a success!

Saturday AM weigh in- down 20 lbs since Sept 9! Progress slowed but I had a good couple of weeks - traveling and social drinking for work, and a weekend of excess at the lake. Choices I made. No regret 😤☺️
