Finally finished my fully modded out Halo Edition Xbox with a new fan, 1tb SSD swap, disc drive swap, and the Project Stellar modchip! Had a blast breaking it in with some online Halo 2 through Insignia!

My initial sloppy soldering for the debugger port on the OG Xbox mainboard. 15 pins protrude through holes in a green pcb.

All put back together and playing Halo successfully on a big CRT screen. There are consoles neatly packed onto shelves on either side in a purple lit room.
Weekend project complete!

There's a ton of other features but for now, noise reduction to match the Noctua fans was the goal.
