Here are the results of my accuplacer testing: I exceeded requirements for all testing except for Arithmetic. So, my plan is to study for 2 weeks and then retake the arithmetic part. I’m super grateful to ALL of you who wished me well. Thank you so much - it means the world to me!! #ProudOfMe

A year ago, to improve my life, reduce pain, and avoid double knee surgery I committed to weight loss. I’m 70yrs old, 5ft 1 and I weighed 18 st 2 lbs. 13 months later, I weigh 10 stone 11lbs. Total loss so far = 7st 5lbs or 46.72kg. Can I get a woohoo! #motivation #determination #ProudOfMe

Sometimes I catch myself riled up and trying to operate from panic, lack, and fear. Survival Mode. I can usually pull myself aside and breathe and reset. A few years ago I wouldn’t have been able to recognize it yet alone reset/redirect.
