This is another #mobilityforALL issue in @CityofDenver.

Property Owners have been allowed by @DenverDOTI to install fencing along sidewalks in the #PublicRightOfWay. These create hazards for pedestrians, especially at night. They also reduced the usable width of the sidewalk.

Who is liable if a pedestrian or a dog is injured by the metal edging installed along #DenverDeservesSidewalks?

We need to make our @CityofDenver #sidewalks safer.

The same can be said for retaining walls or jagged rocks placed along sidewalks in the #PublicRightofWay.
