Calleida punctata pictured on goldenrod, in the middle of the photo and facing down left. The beetle is very colorful, with a black head and short black antennae. Its thorax is orange. The head and thorax are both somewhat elongated. The legs are orange and black and its wings are a deep green, also long and thin.
