3/...French Canadians that they created two frightening legends from those two separate executions that happened in 1761 and 1763. In both, the condemned is said to have come back as a decaying ghost, carrying an iron cage with them.

The most popular Catholic priest in the Québec's 2000s (by far) was out as gay and an ex-sex worker. Even though he was not explicitly pro-abortion, he made the anti-abortion movement his worst enemy by publicly defending Dr. Morgentaler. He died in 2014.
