As a proud supporter of the now defunct North Melbourne Giants and NBL/Australian Basketball, I am truly devastated of the passing of Darryl 'Ice Man' Pearce, a legend for us and the Adelaide 36ers. His heroics in our 1994 Championship season and playoffs will never be forgotten.
