Friday (Joy Spark): Do one low-energy thing that boosts your mood-comfort show, cozy drink, favorite playlist, or flipping through old photos.

Energy Check-in: Journal or voice-note 10-15 minutes on "When

Gentle Recharge Plan: Pick one tiny daily "energy boost from the week to repeat next week and choose when it will happen each day.
