for a week or so my raspberry noaa wx satellite receiver hasn't been downloading the weather sat TLE data files
so have managed to find a new source and modified the scheduling script so it now works again
now got to wait and see if i get any images decoded :)

i think i have managed to fix the connectivity issues on my homebrew QFH antenna
now back to fine tuning the raspberry noaa software
i am finding with satdump it is cutting off to much of the image top/bot when i select crop top/bot of image
so reverted to wxtoimg :)

still got to work on the antenna as only really get good signal above about 40-50 deg elevation

bit of testing on the old PSU and SAWBird + NOAA to see which has failed
initial checks showed the Power LED has failed (unit powered from test PSU and 1.7v across LED but no light)

seems i fixed my raspberry noaa v2 that get images from weather sats
either the SAWBird+NOAA LNA failed after only a year :( or the PSU for the sawbird failed
swapped the sawbird for a basic LNA and PSU and now getting images decoding again (even meteor 2-4)
