Somehow managed to not eat all day. Threw together quick dish from a recipe I had not tried. Had planned it for in airfryer but defaulted to frypan. Honey glazed tteok, with Li’l Smokies. Tinkered recipe a bit & will tinker more bc temp too high. Overall 7 out of 10. #RateWhatIMake

Tried a new recipe this week. It’s ramen, though you can’t see the noodles here. Peanut butter & miso broth. Recipe has some issues & needs tweaks, but mostly good. 7 out of 10? #RateWhatIMake
