As we move closer to opening Gather, we're discussing things like who the chefs are, types of cuisine, event dates, and details on how we'll be using this unique opportunity to build community and fight the food insecurity faced by #RealCollege students in Philly.
Already they've had some amazing guests, including Alisha Small and Frederick Shegog, (who are instructors in our #RealCollege Curriculum 😉). These are two incredible leaders who advocate for today's students, and we are proud to work with them.

Not saying government is perfect either. The U.S. GAO is incorrectly reporting SNAP use among college students based on a measure collected by ED that doesn’t assess that usage.
As a result they are understating the problem & the resources needed to fix it.
