This was an interesting canonized fan fiction. I found it interesting but slow. I definitely think the author captured the characters and writing style of Liu Cixin.

I can't remember when last I felt as conflicted about a series as I feel about #RemembranceOfEarthsPast. It's an exercise in dualities: amazingly forward-looking yet shockingly regressive, poetically optimistic yet bleakly cynical. A reflection of the contradictory nature of humanity, perhaps.

Wow, I'm still trying to process it all.

I'd already seen the Netflix series and I'm interested to see how the remainder of the timeline will translate to the screen.
