Risk is low but not zero with contrast in CKD 4. More than contrast I talk about atheroembolic disease etc (IMO contrast AKI recovers, but atheroembolic does not)

With CKD 4/5ND I don’t mind the consults TBH, just happy #cardiosky is doing the Cath and not #renalism
