Anyway, in case of this '#Renancourt-#Venus' her head is also quite noteworthy - since we here find some features reminiscent of what we've already seen at other examples, e.g. the well-known 'Venus of #Willendorf' and one from #Kostienki - the depiction of hair or a headdress?

Got to admit that this recently discovered #Paleolithic #Venus figurine from #Renancourt apparently left quite the impression - on me ... and in the archaeologist‘s #sketchbook. 😉
