As of 7 days ago landlords are supposed to begin sending tenants a City-approved notice of rights and resources with every new lease, termination of a lease, or rent demand in #JerseyCity. Where is Steve Fulop on this? Or is he leaving it to whoever’s next? #RightToCounselJC
