Here's Azultra's ref sheet! Lore: He originally hailed from south america and lived in the jungles of Brazil. He loves birds and butterflies. One of his special abilities is flying around, which caught the attention of the Brazilian government and the US government. Given his age and his understanding of communication, he was given a passport and moved to Rings to pursue college education at Rings City University and take a part time job to cover his education. He was given a job at Matsumoto's as part of the Rings Revitalization Program. He of course loved the job with helping to carry items to higher shelves as well as small deliveries across town.
