An SPVM riot cop aims a tear gas grenade launcher directly at a videographer documenting a protest from less than 10 feet away.

The #SPVM #RiotCop should not have aimed his teargas #GrenadeLauncher at you or anyone else period.

It is against the protocol for using teargas grenade launchers, but too many #RiotCops not only aim #GrenadeLaunchers at people, but fire them from close range.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that the #SPVM, or even its Groupe Intervention aka #RiotCops, are "totally out of control", but I would agree that they're using excessive #PoliceViolence, and not just #TearGas, to repress certain protests.
