Accessibility Familiarisation Day 17th March 2025. In order to assist our guests with either visual or hidden disabilities with some pre-travelplanning & preparations for air travel for Summer 2025, London Luton Airport in partnership with easyJet, would like to invite you to an Accessibility Familiarisation Day. If you, or a loved one, is a person with a visual or hidden disability, and would like the opportunity to experience the guest journey through an airport environment, i.e. check-in process, security search and to board onto an aircraft, without the time pressures of actually catching a flight, then our Accessibility Familiarisation day is for you. Please confirm your interest by e-mailing denise.hobbs@ltn.aero. We have limited spaces so confirmation of attendance will be given on a first come first serve basis. Each visitor must have a valid passport and be available between 10:45 – 14:00 on the 17th March 2025. If confirmed that you are successful to attend, then further information regarding parking and where to meet the team will be provided via e-mail. The tour should take approx 2.5 – 3hrs.
