Although I often visit this location after work and on my day offs. I have noticed a strange trend of being followed or glanced at by employees while shopping. I'm a Ross credit card member and a member of the clergy. Perhaps, it is the way I dress and how I always am wearing a backpack that is suspicious? I don't know. Merchandise wise, could be better. Ewa Beach location has more options and a friendly staff that contributes to a pleasant shopping experience. Not so at Ross pearl ridge. It's just downright unpleasant for me now. First of all, your loud music is is obnoxious & ruins the experience for a majority of your customers. Read the room. It's noon & we're all over 50. Secondly, the employee "checking receipts" is useless. She didn't actually check anything. And no, I won't take out the hangers for you.
