Yes it's made of cotton fabric, but I have no idea what she was describing in her methods.
I'll attach her methods.

Deb Cashatt from Cameron Park, CA created "Ancestral Flames."
Deb "created" the fabric. I don't know if she painted the cloth or computer designed it and printed it. She used cotton, satin, and linen fabric in this piece.

I saw this quilt at a quilt show 2 years ago.
Quilters are wonderful at political art.

(This one is for you, Jen.)
Cheryl Lagorio named this quilt "Framed In." She purchased this quilt as a kit from Quilters Hallow in Stockton. (That's a nice shop. I've been there many times. And last time they looked like they were expanding.)
So, who doesn't love a puppy - a wagon?

Patty Pulley made "Valentine Love" to remind her of all the people she loves. 🥰 Quilts are a demonstration of love. Sure it's a hobby and challenge, but love goes into every stitch.

This "Christmas Nutcracker" quilt was made by Jeanie Partain. This was made for her daughter-in-law's 50th birthday. Jeanie did a fabulous job at pricing and embroidering each nutcracker. I'll attach her comments, because she has quite a lot to say about the quilting.

My apologies to other team fans, but the show was in the Bay Area.
This 9er quilt was made by Meta Corrales. (We have seen her work before.) She made this quilt for her husband, probably as a peace offering. She appreciates his patience with her new hobby.

Seen in Paducah
Lee McLean from New Maryland, New Brunswick, Canada displayed this quilt in an exhibition on fire, at the Paducah museum. She named it "Eruption." Some of the fabrics are hand dyed and others are purchased. I love how her design mimics waves of heat from a lava flow.

"Bright Days" by Karen Taylor introduced me to a new tool.
Karen had a charm pack that she didn't know what she was going to make with it. And she also had a twister tool that she had never used. Twister tool = 🤔
I looked it up and it's a cutting template to use,

This is "Shades of the Past" by Vicki Campbell. She used 17 fabrics from the Sweet Beginnings fabric line to create her quilt. The patterns reminded her of fabric that her mom used when she was young. Her sweet memories came together in a lovely quilt.

This certainly is a beauty. I guess that's why it's called "New York Beauty."
Jane Mathis saw this quilt in a magazine and decided that she did, indeed, have to make it. She paper pieced the design using mostly Kaffe fabrics.
Enjoy.

"Tropical Delight" by Becky Forbes (Fallbrook, CA) reminds me of a bird of paradise plant. Becky machine appliqued and paper pieced the design on this quilt. The design is by Quiltworx and called Meadow Star Mixer.

Kryssie Mingst's "Carol Of The Fruits" was almost doomed from the start. She saw this collection of fabrics that intrigued her but they didn't inspire her. So, of course she bought them, and played around using them in different patterns, until she settled on this .
Her mom loves it!

Laura Bisagna of Winchester, CA, created this quilt that she named "Half." She created this because she was touched by the poem by Khalil Gobran, Do Not Love Half Lovers. Behind the apple Laura wrote out the poem in cursive on whole cloth. I will attach a close-up of the background.

I do not know who created this quilt. If someone out there recognizes it, please inform us so that we may give this skilled quilter credit.
I like how the squares are so small, bold, and perfectly pieced that it looks like printed fabric. The quote was well chosen for our time.

This quilt is named "Big Band" by Claire Marks.
I love the bright colors and how the black background just pops out those colors.
If you like it too: I saw this pattern for sale on Etsy. ($55)
Since Claire is selling the pattern, it must be her original design.

Bobbe Shapiro Nolan (Eagle Lake, TX) created this quilt called "Rhythm." Much of the quilt is composed of knitted fabric. Bobbe does not mention if he/she knitted it especially for this quilt, or if it was a piece repurposed for this quilt. Either way, it adds a lot of texture.

This is "Listen With Your Heart" by Patricia Kelly. In her original design she cut out the shapes and appliqued them onto the background of music. Patricia wanted to exhibit the many moods of music. Music that makes her dance, or remember the past, or dream about her future.

Janet Stone of Overland Park, KS created "An Angel Watching Over Ewe" in honor of her mom. This quilt is just exquisite. Notice the beautifully rendered angle, the feather work in the blue border, the appliques, the prairie points! All perfectly rendered. I'll attach a close-up.
