I've checked logs, and there was a drone alert issued for Tula city and region early this evening, which probably coincided with the start of the fire at the metalworks.
However no locals reporting drones or explosions, so it may be an attack or just #RussiaOnFire

Locals describe it as "a massive fire, with 2 buildings engulfed in flames."
It's not said what the buildings are and I can't see evidence of drone strikes but worth noting.

There was one #RussiaOnFire incident worthy of note today.
It came in the Siberian city of Tomsk. An entire factory went up in smoke. It was said to manufacture prefabricated housing.
I checked the log of air alerts and there was not one for Tomsk at this time.

The blaze is in the centre of Petrozavodsk, in Karelia region - about 200km (125 miles) from the border with Finland.
