Rysk's mother named her Grymfyr and begrudgingly acknowledged Rysk's father with the name Wiltbyrmwyn.
Rysk gave herself her name - Rysk Lawliet. Partially on impulse, partially out of spite, partially because Grymfyr was technically wanted for arrest in La Noscea 🙃

Rysk is a halfway decent cartographer, and her handwriting is all right. However, she only uses charcoal or graphite, so quills and ink are rough.
I also hc print and cursive in ffxiv, and she can't write in cursive to save her life.
