Georgia’s ‘religious liberty’ measure is back on track with GOP support Republican-backed "religious liberty" bill is revived at the Georgia Capitol as the legislative session enters final days.

The cited SCOTUS case in #SB36 ruled that the federal RFRA only applies federally. The case was a church that said they should be allowed to build in a historic district because they needed a bigger church. Not allowing them was a violation.
