Ijdu Even when Dems had majorities they didn't build in protections in anticipation of GOP backlash...At least not enough!
They refused to discuss what they considered progressive extreme ideas like #SCOTUS11 or #SCOTUS13, term limits or Codifying women's healthcare including abortive services

It's been known! Politicians were unwilling or unable to block them.
Biden c/h investigated them for compromising their oaths, bribery, corruption or appointed more justices: #SCOTUS11 #SCOTUS13. We're NOT limited to 9!
BIDEN may have been more moral than tRump but in some ways he let us down too

This is what JB could have helped change before leaving....we should be at #SCOTUS11 or #SCOTUS13 by now
