Our Club marched in the MLK Day Parade in East Tampa with the Hillsborough Cty Dem Exec Committee and the Hillsborough Cty Dem Black Caucus. It was a great day and a memorable 2 mile walk. We gave beads to kids. Club members ended the day at Acropolis in Ybor City.

Today, two groups volunteered with ECHO to deliver Thanksgiving meals and blessing bags to families who are temporarily living in motels as they transition their families from crisis to stability. Our club members went to both Echo locations.

Our guest speakers were fantastic. The newly elected HCDEC leaders, Vanessa Lester Chair and Drew Vaughn Vice Chair of Operations. And we took action by scanning the qr code to ask President Joe Biden to sign the ERA.
Even with holidays and an increase in illness, we had a great turnout.
