Every time I try to watch #TV with #SKYStream I have to wait:

Every day I have to reconnect my #SKYStream puck to the broadband 😡
My advice to anyone considering changing to #SKY Stream - DON’T DO IT! It’s been absolutely rubbish for almost a week now!
#SKYTalk also appear to have forgotten to port my telephone number.

Finally got TV back!
BUT with #SKYstream the ‘+1’s are not the same!
103 ITV1
203 SKY Kids HD
104 Channel 4
204 Disney Jr HD
105 Channel 5
205 NickelodeonHD
So how don’t watch Channel 4 +1 now???

How long is ‘soon’?
I’ve been waiting for over an hour now for ‘Matthew’ to make contact.
I’ve been waiting since 8:53 this morning (& last night!) to get some help from #SKY
24hrs and I still have no phoneline and no TV 😡
This is not what I signed up for!

Tried the first two suggestions.
Didn’t work.
Checked the connections, absolutely fine.
So is it faulty? 🤷♂️
But it’s pretty bad really when it’s all brand new and nothing works!
Not being able to contact #SKY is just rubbing salt in the wounds.
My advice? Just avoid #SKYstream, it’s sh!te!

Changed to #SKYbroadband, requested to keep my no. they changed it & I have no phoneline
Contacted them via #FB they’re ‘busy’ waited 2hrs no reply now they’re closed!
Tried to set up #SKYStream - didn’t work
#FFS does anything in the #UK work properly???
