Over a murky purple background with toxic green bubble-splotches, a shiny kingdra is rising from below to headbutt a shiny dragalge above. The framing is centered around their heads, and spanning the width of the image is a bubbling bolt of hot-pink, Jack Kirby-esque energy tracing the contour where their heads meet. The middle of the bolt flares to its brightest intensity where it intersects with the two Pokémon's enraged glares.

The Pokémon litwick is centered in this image, its base perched on the bottom of a circular opening cut into the purple background gradient (vertical, light-to-dark-to-light). Their wax is oozing down from their base over the gradient and off the image. Litwick's right hand-nub is resting on the frame while the other is resting aside his visible eye.
