13/26. This included deciding there will be an extraordinary virtual meeting of the Advisory Board in February 2026 (date TBC) for the Advisory Board to consider a revised version of the guidelines on conflict of interests following issues that were raised on rules of procedure during #SNAB5.

3/11. 🗣️The Advisory Board then adopted 🧑‍⚖️ the agenda for #SNAB5 and an additional agenda item on observer participation was proposed in light of the unprecedented number of registrations.

2/11. ⏳At the start of the meeting some important updates were provided. This included:

📩There are now 7 formally submitted technical assistance requests.

🌐The Santiago Network now has 62 members.

✏️ 187 observers registered for #SNAB5.
