International Day of People with Disabilities | About the Movement International Day of People with Disabilities (IDPWD) is a United Nations sanctioned day that is celebrated internationally on 3 December.

We therefore invite everyone across Scotland to both celebrate the progress we have made, and learn what additional progress we need to ensure full equality and participation of disabled people in politics and wider society.
