Scarlet Pyraga, a red hedgehog girl, and Rain the Fox, a blue... fox girl, do battle in the cityscape of Station Square during a cloudy day, surrounded by buildings. Billboards and signs in the background say (sometimes partially) "CHILI DOGS HERE", "PIZZA", "Visit Spagonia", and "A BOLD NEW VISION - CHAO IN SPACE - COMING SOON..." Scarlet's levitating in mid-air, having just flown through a hole in the most upright of three ice pillars that Rain has created. Her hand is outstretched and smoking, implying she's melted the hole herself using her fire powers, and as her foot jets further melt the hole-- sending large water droplets to slide down it, lighting the nearby area with an orange glow, and causing a plume of steam to trail off behind her-- she looks /very/ annoyed at Rain with a sneer on her face and bulging veins on her forehead. Rain grins back at her smugly as she, too, is in mid-air, leaned back slightly with her right leg lifted up. Rain's tail blows out from behind her, covering her lower torso. Her right hand is in the process of moving up, implying she's in the middle of creating the ice pillars. The viewpoint is slightly tilted to the left, giving the image a more dynamic look.

She wears a white sleeveless shirt with orange accents; blue pants with a black belt that has a square-U-shaped buckle, a sun symbol on the right leg, and black portions on the bottom of the leggings; and black fingerless gloves with yellow and dark red cuffs, as well as dark red trim where her fingers come out. She's seen slightly from above with her left arm and knee raised and a determined expression, grinning. Her left fist is covered in fire, signifying her abilities. A blue fox girl named Rain stands with her back to the viewer, her head turned to look back at them with a half-lidded, bored expression and an icy blue eye. She has dark blue lipstick on her lower lip. Her hair is a lighter shade of blue from the rest of her body, having both long hair down the middle and pigtails to either side of her head. There are white tips on the pointed ends of her body (ears, tail, hair). She wears a dark blue outfit with a black section around her midriff surrounded by white trim. Her tail sticks out behind her from an invisible hole in the black section, water droplets dripping from it. The ends of her sleeves have white cuffs. Her left arm is curved upwards, showing off her clawed, icy hand. Her right hand is down by her side, normal and curled into a fist. A background can be seen in front of her, displaying an overcast sky with rain (the weather) pouring down. There are also uneven bars on the top and bottom of the art piece with a dark-blue-to-black gradient and the words "RAIN THE FOX" bolded, repeating, and at an angle.
