Problem 2:
Even though the U.S. produces loads of wild salmon (97% of salmon produced here is wild), most of it gets exported.

Meanwhile, we import farmed Atlantic salmon and call it a day.
It’s cheaper. It’s available year-round. But it’s not the same.
