I found an old character sheet of Sandy.
She was initially supposed to be a futuristic character.
She was born on August 17th and her default form was 19 at the time of her creation.
Because I drew her in 2008, her current depiction's full birthdate would be August 17, 1989.

When she was first designed around 2008/2009, she was meant to be a college freshman at the time (19 or 20-ish).
This would mean that at the latest, she would be born between 1989 and 1990.

Allegedly there is an "Android" doppelganger of her roaming the streets of Austin.
It's unclear if it's an actual twin in cosplay or if that's actually Sandy.
They have never been seen in the same room together.
She has been sighted mostly during Cons.
