A WIP Saturnine Praetor from the Horus Heresy, Age of Darkness: Saturnine set painted in the livery of the IV Legion.

Well, as far as truly useful things to come out of that online training, painting the right and left shoulder pteuges on my Saturnine Praetor tops the list.

The Saturnine Praetor model from the new Horus Heresy third edition set. The armor is painted a gunmetal steel, with leather tassets hanging from the belt and ginormous shoulder pads. The left shoulder pad bears the typical IV Legion hazard striping.

Thursday Hobby Lunch! Took a late lunch and did some painting on the Saturnine Praetor. Still a ways to go, but this model is so damn cool.
