During my research, I found a data forum similar to the British Railways data sites that documents every single Japanese Government/National Railways locomotive.
The information I’ve translated in both Japanese and English is none other than 9600形 no. 9667 itself.

About 10-days into my design, and I’m almost nearing the finish line with it. Currently working on the motion gears and finishing up the tender.
Also, here’s a rare coloured photo I’ve found today that was sold on Yahoo!’s Auction site of 9600形 no. 9667 when it was operational in 1971.

After a few months hiatus, I’m fully getting back to working on my design for the JNR 9600形 to help #Save9667.
I’m really excelling through my art design much more faster now with other important details quickly finished within two days. Still a few more parts to get done.
The petition has just reached 3,700 signatures, was hoping we make it to 4,000 before we entered December.
Right now, the current status of what Takahagi City is doing is unknown, but there will be another meeting by the councils later this month.

I’ll have more updates about it when I can, and how far I’ve come along to finishing it. It has been quite a ride to getting up to this point in the movement to saving 9667.
