Scarisbrick war memorial could be removed on safety grounds A council has been accused of failing to maintain the memorial to those who died in World War One.

My dislike of unfairness has been stirred by this. My dad's uncle is named here, his story was sad, his grave is far away in Paris. Dad worked hard to get this memorial. It gets worse though, they've also fenced off the village's only playing field. #scarisbrick www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
