Final panel he thinks it's ridiculous to think how someone could ever love me so he's kind of like being reminded

Then he thinks to himself but there is one and then he hears a voice behind him saying his name Then in the last panel he thinks you while he also says darling and he turns to face the reader

Astarion found a way to cure his vampirism, and Scarlet is a dhampir, so she stays immortal. He says her to "I will always be here, my love. With you."
