From left to right, we have Ruse, Meggie and Miette. Ruse is sporting a red kunoichi outfit with accents in fading blue; she is reaching behind herself for a weapon she doesn't have. Meggie is in what would be called a wardrobe cosplay, using normal outfit elements to hint at a character; the character here is Apple Jack from My Little Pony : Friendship Is Magic, as the three apples on the hip suggest. Mäaru has her hair pulled back with a star clip, and is wearing a full Pikachu kigurumi. Their reactions vary : Ruse is surprised but not scared, and ready for action; Meggie is terrified and pulling very hard on the hood of Mäaru's kigurumi, which seems to be the real source of Mäaru's own expression of fear and surprise, as she is struggling to remain in balance.
From left to right, the characters are Miette, Selene and Thyra. Miette is behind the others and blurry, the photo has been taken mid-surprise jump. Selene is more excited than scared, in front of both her friends and ready to tackle anything coming her way. Thyra has also been taken by surprise but has a much less intense reaction than Miette. While Thyra and Miette have green rather dull outfit, Selene is dressed more brightly with a white and blue long sleeve shirt and pink pants, with knitted arm warmers.
From left to right the characters are Étoiles, Virren and Léon. Étoiles is wearing a light pink and white outfit, with her hair styled in bubble braids. Virren is dressed in a very dapper shirt and pants of blue colors, as well as a scarf with colors going from teal to deep blue and pink. Léon is wearing a red turtle neck sweater and a brown dress; their right knee is in a brace, and they are holding a cane in their left hand. Étoiles and Léon are both holding tight into Virren's hands, but that doesn't stop any of them from looking absolutely terrified.
Two duos are on the picture. On the left are Lio and Emery. Lio is disguised as a clown with only primary colors on his outfit, while Emery is wearing a wizard outfit, complete with a cape and a pointy hat. On the right are Briar and Aiden, both dressed much more casually, in contrasting blue and warm tones. All of them are clearly scared and got surprised by something.
