the ghost also can't make itself appear because the cats would hiss and attack it. So the poor ghost is now reduced to tiptoeing around because the real apex predators of the apartment are 4 fluffy murderers who think its ectoplasm is a chew toy.😅

Auntie's Halloween-adjacent #kdrama themes day 2: Exorcist. I pick #JangNaRa as Hong Ji A in #SellYourHauntedHouse. This drama is an excellent watch for spooky season! I love her, and she nails it. Dram gets bonus points for super gnarly ghost.

started #HeadOverHeels and oh, it's delightful! a schoolgirl shaman falls for a boy who's a misfortune magnet and vows to save him from his fate. it's giving #SellYourHauntedHouse vibes, and the main pairing's dynamic is VERY relevant to my interests. (i so love a bb!domme)

Well, there is #SellYourHauntedHouse. The FL is a more mature woman rather than kick-arse girl, but it sort of covers the same ground. It’s a bit darker, though.

Sell Your Haunted House Ji Ah, a woman who has inherited exorcism abilities from her mother, is the owner of Daebak Realty, a company that specializes in selling haunted houses....

Hong Ji Ah from #SellYourHauntedHouse was an introverted badass.

As I’ve already recced my only eligible show, I’ll expand the definition to include other sorts of post-death entities, and recommend the K-drama #SellYourHauntedHouse. Perfect if you like your FLs righteous, kick-arse and a bit tortured!

TV#27. #SellYourHauntedHouse (2021)

Loved the worldbuilding in this #kdrama, with rules around spirits and exorcism. Jang Na Ra is badass as Hong Ji Ah here, and I loved the teamwork among our Daebak Realty crew. Enjoyable cases of the week, and a strong central mystery. 8.5/10

一つひとつのエピソードが丁寧で演技達者なキャスト揃いの中、特にみんなのお腹を満たす食堂兼下宿経営のアジュンマ役ペクヒョンジュさんが素晴らしく。クライマックスでは一緒においおい泣いてしまった。

そもそも母息子モノには弱いんですけどね、でも作り物では感情移入できない。
ドラマチックな話ではない誰もが思い当たる日常の後悔と、オンマが表す愛としての食べ物‪‪と…‬演技と演出とその物語とに泣けた‪ー

善悪あわせ持つ登場人物たち同士の関わり合いも楽しく、主軸の物語と各話の悪霊エピソードとのつながりもよく、一つひとつが心に残りいい話～な中、アンギルガンだけが非道な極悪人を余裕の熱演。何もかもがおもしろかった！
