A nicely plated semifreddo with homemade hazelnut paste, chocolate chips, vanilla cream. A crumble of hazelnuts and a swash of wild berry compote and a garnish of mint leaves makes for an attractive plate, while the semifreddo steals the show.

Two rocks glasses filled with a digestivo of iced limoncello. The liquid is a rich translucent yellow color.

3 dishes of gelato of varying flavors. Each dish is a flower shape. The scoops of gelato are slowly melting. One dish has chocolate and hazlnut gelato. Two dishes have fig, ricotta, and candied orange gelato.

セミフレッドとは、イタリア語で、半分冷たいという意味だそうです。アイスケーキです。
